Licensed Insurance Agent

Licensed Insurance Agent Requirements & Qualifications

Active New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License
Reliable transportation for travel to client appointments across New Jersey
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships

Licensed Insurance Agent Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in life, health, employee, voluntary, or supplemental insurance
Familiarity with benefits enrollment processes
Knowledge of Medicare or financial services

Licensed Insurance Agent Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Meet with existing clientsvirtually and in personthroughout New Jersey
Conduct annual insurance and benefits reviews for assigned clients
Educate individuals and families on a variety of insurance coverages, including life, disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and supplemental plans
Recommend tailored coverage solutions based on each client's needs
Guide clients through enrollment and application processes
Maintain accurate records and follow through on all client service commitments
