Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience, within the construction industry
- Experience with general contractor (GC) accounting practices
- Proficiency with Foundation Construction Accounting Software
- Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Solid payroll processing and employee record management skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas and data management
- Ability to prepare and support progress billings, job cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including vendor statement reconciliation
- Prepare and oversee progress billings and releases, supporting accurate project financials
- Assist with payroll processing, ensure employee records accuracy, and support payroll-related activities
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with project teams and leadership to ensure precise project financial reporting and support audits
