ERP Business Analyst (Accounting / Finance background is Highly Preferred!)

Direct Hire | St. Louis County, MO | Onsite | Travel Required

Our customer is seeking an ERP Business Analyst who enjoys solving business challenges through technology. This position is ideal for someone with an Accounting, Finance, or ERP background who wants to play a key role in improving business operations and supporting enterprise technology initiatives.

You'll work closely with accounting, operations, and IT teams to support ERP implementations, improve business processes, and help end users successfully adopt new system functionality.

What You'll Do

• Support ERP implementation and enhancement initiatives across multiple business locations.
• Partner with accounting, finance, operations, and IT teams to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Configure and support ERP functionality to meet business requirements.
• Develop user documentation, process guides, and training materials.
• Deliver training and provide ongoing support to end users throughout ERP implementations.
• Assist with troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted resource for users by translating business needs into practical system solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with an ERP system as a business user, analyst, administrator, or subject matter expert.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Experience creating documentation and delivering user training.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Travel & Work Environment

• Full-time, onsite position located in St. Louis County.
• Regional travel is expected, averaging approximately 25% , with periods of up to 50% during major implementation phases through the end of 2026.
• Travel is primarily throughout the Midwest.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment and interacting with stakeholders across multiple departments.
