Report repairs and/or issues to team lead or supervisorQuality: Confirm material, sizes, and parts match work order/job ticketsEnsure all parts and surfaces are free from defectsAble to self-monitor quality of own work, and report to lead or supervisor unusual, defective, or operating difficultiesComplete all tasks and work within designed quality guidelinesAccurately document work performed using company required documents and proceduresDelivery: Hang and unhang moving parts from paint lineSub-assemble according to work order instructionsAssist machine operators with various tasks of loading and unloadingPack and crate orders per shipping instructionsComplete tasks as directed with minimum supervisionCulture: Desire to do the right thingTeam player, assisting other team members and departments as needed with other duties not routine to positionPunctual, on time, ready to work designated shift, every dayExperience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, EducationWe each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:Required Experience: 1 year experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environmentPreferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Mechanically inclined, Basic math skills, Strong attention to detail and quality, working within precise limits and/or standards of accuracy, Exposure to computerized manufacturing systems, Able to communicate both verbally and in writing, Overhead crane operation, Self-driven, able to work independently, and as a team, Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsEducation & Certifications: High school diploma or equivalentWorking EnvironmentThe physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
