Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead - Federal Healthcare IT

Salary: $97,000 - 137,000 per year Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
• Must reside in and be able to work in the United States.
• Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 of the past 5 years.
• Bachelors degree required; a degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and large-scale implementations.
• Experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, including REST, Bulk, and Streaming.
• Experience with middleware integrations; MuleSoft is preferred.
• Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments, such as CMS or federal settings, is highly preferred.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Checkmarx or Snyk is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience with Agentforce and Data360 is highly preferred.

• Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs.
• Lead development of complex features using Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Own and optimize CI/CD processes and pipelines using Copado.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold design patterns and engineering best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or APIs.
• Configure and manage static code analysis for Salesforce code, and remediate identified bugs.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with architects on enterprise-level design decisions.
• Work with business analysts, architects, and other team members to advance innovation on the Salesforce platform.
