Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Turn conversations into customers — connect with prospects, uncover their needs, and crush your new-business sales goals.
Quote it. Present it. Close it. Create personalized insurance solutions and confidently guide customers from first conversation to “YES!”
Maximize every opportunity by helping clients build complete insurance portfolios with products that fit their lives.
Get out there and build your network! Develop strong referral partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealerships, and other local businesses.
Build relationships that last. Be the person customers and community partners remember, trust, and want to work with again.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to check every box — we’re looking for the right personality, drive, and attitude.

Ready to get licensed! An active North Carolina Property Casualty License is required, but we’re willing to train the right person.
A natural people person who enjoys connecting with customers, building trust, and making things happen.
Sales-minded and motivated — insurance experience is great, but strong sales or customer-facing experience counts too.
A confident communicator who can start conversations, listen well, and make customers feel comfortable.
Driven, organized, and ready to hustle — you know how to manage your time and stay on top of opportunities.
Comfortable with technology and able to learn CRM systems and everyday office software.
Most importantly: positive energy, a competitive spirit, and the desire to build a successful career!
