Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, employee interaction, and helping maintain efficient HR processes. The HR Assistant will provide support in areas such as onboarding, recordkeeping, benefits administration, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Help process employee paperwork, including new hire, termination, and status change documentation
• Assist with benefits enrollment and leave administration
• Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Prepare reports, letters, and other HR-related documents as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
