• Position: Locum Tenens CRNA - General
• Location: Dayton, OH 45404
• Setting: Anesthesia / Operating Room / Perioperative Care
• Shift Duration: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Call: No call
• Weekends: No weekends
• Holidays: No holidays
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $8,589,280 - $9,053,570
• Start Date: ASAP

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and active Nurse Anesthetist experience
• Active Ohio CRNA license, or willingness to obtain
• NBCRNA board certification required
• AANA certification required
• BLS and PALS required
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report within 30 days required
• New graduates considered; pediatric anesthesia experience required
• Neonatal anesthesia and/or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in an operating room setting
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and the care team to develop and implement safe anesthesia plans
• Perform pre-operative assessments and participate in induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia
• Support a high-performing surgical environment with a variety of cases
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care throughout the perioperative process
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on quality, safety, and excellent patient outcomes
