Retail Customer Sales Consultant - Entry Level

Are you a fun, outgoing, bubbly person that loves customer facing roles? Do you take pride in providing exceptional customer service while also building relationships? If so then we would love for you to be a part of our team!
Our Customer Consultant role is the first point of contact for our customers and is one of the most valued positions in our company! Responsible for providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, information and just a friendly face representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity with all interactions! This is an on-site position. NO remote or hybrid positions available!
Job Responsibilities
· Update existing accounts and/or create new customer account set up
· Assist with customer inquiries, product knowledge & proper follow-up
· Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' account
· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
· Present marketing presentations and meet weekly / daily sales quotas
Requirements
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team
· Top-notch communication at all levels with internal/external clients
· Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
· A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
