Together, we can make a difference in the community.Responsibilities:Handle all duties in a timely mannerPerform routine clinical tasks to support the providersCheck Vital signs, administer glucose drinks, administer any appropriate therapeutic injections/vaccinations, and perform finger sticks for glucose and hemoglobin level checks.Collect and order specimensCollect and order pathologiesHIPAA complianceWork together with all departments to ensure continuity of care for patientsSet up and assist providers with in-office proceduresFacilitate Fetal Non-stress testsTraining, Stocking, and appropriate labelingEscort patients to exam rooms, act as a chaperone for routine examsCharting in Electronic Medical Records systemsUnderstand navigating medical records for pertinent tasks​Qualifications:Preferred previous experience in healthcare or other related fieldsPreferred familiarity with medical billing procedures and health insurancesStrong teamwork skillsDedication to outstanding patient care, and teamwork among coworkersDependabilityPreferred basic understanding of ICD 10 codesMedical Assistant or relevant certifications are preferredStrong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentFull Time Position, Monday through Friday about 7:45am-4:30/5:00pm daily\nCompany DescriptionWe encourage qualified individuals who are passionate about Women Health's to apply for this rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of families during their most important moments.Company DescriptionWe encourage qualified individuals who are passionate about Women Health's to apply for this rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of families during their most important moments.
