Business Development Associate

A business development associate will be responsible for identifying new prospects and maintaining a database of prospective customers for products & services, and creating sales opportunities for the dealership via interactions with clients through phone, email or postal mail contacts. A business development associate will proactively develop new business opportunities and maintain strong and professional customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Provides excellent customer service and responsive follow up

- Responds to all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other leads on a daily basis

- Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner

- Responds to CSI interviews/cases for sales and service

- Supports business in meeting goals established by dealership management

Skills & Qualifications:

- Call center experience in automotive dealership environment, highly preferred

- Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required

- Excellent phone etiquette

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions

- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others

- Maintain records and prepare reports as necessary

- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing

- Ability to perform a variety of general clerical and typing duties of average difficulty without close supervision

- Ability to operate business equipment, including but not limited to computers, calculators, copy machines, and shredders

- High school diploma required

- Bilingual preferred
