Business Development Associate

A business development associate will be responsible for identifying new prospects and maintaining a database of prospective customers for products & services, and creating sales opportunities for the dealership via interactions with clients through phone, email or postal mail contacts. A business development associate will proactively develop new business opportunities and maintain strong and professional customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service and responsive follow up
• Responds to all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other leads on a daily basis
• Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Responds to CSI interviews/cases for sales and service
• Supports business in meeting goals established by dealership management

Skills & Qualifications:

• Call center experience in automotive dealership environment, highly preferred
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
• Maintain records and prepare reports as necessary
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to perform a variety of general clerical and typing duties of average difficulty without close supervision
• Ability to operate business equipment, including but not limited to computers, calculators, copy machines, and shredders
• High school diploma required
• Bilingual preferred
