Help Desk Technician - Windows/Linux Support & On‑Call

Brundage Management Company in San Antonio, Texas, seeks a Help Desk I technician to resolve technical issues for end-users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking problems, responding to support requests, and documenting resolutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with at least one year of hands-on experience, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, and excellent communication skills.
