Senior Business Analyst Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant with Salesforce experience who will be responsible for eliciting business needs, specifying user stories/use cases, modeling processes, evaluating system impacts, performing detailed analysis, prioritizing business requests, and partnering with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of new system capabilities, enhancements, and fixes in support of various enterprise applications.

Essential Duties

70%:

• Work with constituents across the organization to understand current processes, systems, and opportunities.
• Capture requirements for new processes, systems, user interfaces, and user experiences through various methods, including but not limited to requirements gathering sessions, interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal team members to communicate needs and requirements and determine appropriate solutions.
• Advise on best practices.
• Document current and future state in various forms including:
• Functional requirements
• User stories
• Wireframes
• Interface designs
• Workflows
• Swim-lane diagrams
• Presentations
• Prepare documentation for appropriate audiences including C-Level executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

20%:

• Collaborate with IT Development teams (onshore/offshore) and QA to ensure appropriate and adequate system testing is performed.
• Facilitate, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

5%:

• Provide guidance, review work, and provide feedback to other team members.

5%:

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience capturing and documenting B2B customer-centric requirements, with a focus on minimizing customer pain points and providing visibility into operational data.
• Ability to perform analysis and design using various methods, including:

• AS-IS / TO-BE diagrams
• Mock-ups/wireframes

• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
• Google Suite and Lucid Charts knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (with IT focus), or related majors and/or a proven track record of work experience in the areas described above.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and design with a proven record of successful medium to large-scale project implementations, preferably within enterprise Business-to-Business durable goods, construction, building materials, or manufacturing environments.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.
