Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of piping, fittings, valves, and general mechanical equipment
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on piping, fittings, valves, and general mechanical equipment
- Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) procedures
- Document and report inspection findings accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures
- Support quality assurance and compliance objectives
Required Qualifications
- CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification or equivalent
- Proven experience in fabrication and manufacturing inspections
- Proficiency in NDT techniques (ultrasonic, visual, radiographic, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, fittings, and valves
- Ability to document findings clearly and professionally
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing)
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards (ASME, API, etc.)
- Experience in mechanical equipment inspection
- Additional NDT certifications
