Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current School Psychologist credential or eligibility for appropriate state certification
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Experience supporting K-5th grade students preferred
• Solid knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education guidelines
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational assessments for K-5th grade students
• Provide individual and group interventions to support student mental health and learning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective interventions and strategies
• Participate in the special education evaluation and eligibility process
• Support the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Serve as a cultural and language resource for Spanish-speaking students and families
• Deliver professional guidance and consultation to school staff on academic, behavioral, and mental health concerns
