Provider Services Representative

Responsabilidades principales: Ofrecer orientación y adiestramientos presenciales a proveedores. Realizar visitas a las facilidades como parte del proceso de inscripción de proveedores de riesgo mediano y alto. Atender consultas, investigar situaciones y dar seguimiento a los casos asignados. Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de materiales y planes de capacitación. Participar en iniciativas de educación y alcance a proveedores. Documentar resultados de los adiestramientos y preparar informes. Manejar información confidencial conforme a las políticas establecidas.

✔ Bachillerato en Comunicaciones, Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas o área relacionada. ✔ De 2 a 5 años de experiencia trabajando con proveedores de Medicaid. ✔ De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente dentro de la industria de la salud. ✔ Dominio completo de inglés y español (oral y escrito). ✔ Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y SharePoint). ✔ Excelentes destrezas de comunicación, presentación, análisis y resolución de problemas.
