The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Records Clerk

What You Will Do

• Maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation by reviewing records for discrepancies.

• Coordinate the release of information requests while safeguarding patient confidentiality.

• Assist healthcare providers in accessing necessary medical records for patient care.

• Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for both electronic and paper records.

• Duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with medical records management systems is essential.

• Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team.
