Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Position Overview

Outpatient Family Medicine role within mission-driven community healthcare organization. Comprehensive primary care opportunity focused on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care. Structured weekday schedule with collaborative clinical support staff. Established outpatient workflows allowing providers to focus on quality patient outcomes. Compensation

Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000.

Schedule

Monday through Friday outpatient schedule. Early Friday finish. Stable weekday-only primary care environment.

Role

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan. Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans. Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative outpatient setting. Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships. Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED. Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED. Active DEA license or ability to obtain REQUIRED. Outpatient primary care experience preferred. Team-based and community-focused clinical approach REQUIRED. New graduates welcome.
