Business Development Associate

Terso AI is an AI consulting and automation startup that helps businesses increase revenue and improve efficiency through AI systems, workflow automation, and custom go-to-market solutions. We're looking for a highly motivated, execution-focused individual to help drive outbound growth and build scalable revenue-generation systems. This is a hands‑on role that combines business development, LinkedIn growth, sales, and AI‑powered operations. Responsibilities Lead LinkedIn outbound outreach to generate qualified leads and book sales meetings Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and occasional cold calls Build relationships with founders, executives, and decision-makers Help manage and grow Terso AI's LinkedIn presence through content, engagement, and audience growth Support and optimize the sales pipeline from prospecting through meeting booking Build and improve automations, workflows, and internal tools that increase sales and marketing efficiency Assist with growth initiatives, including webinars, lead magnets, online courses, and other demand‑generation campaigns Represent Terso AI at networking events (virtual and in‑person, when applicable) and help identify new business opportunities What We're Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership Willingness to execute repetitive outbound work while continuously improving the process Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or business development is strongly preferred Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, CRM platforms, AI tools, etc.) is a plus Genuine interest in AI, startups, sales, entrepreneurship, and building systems that scale What You'll Gain Work directly with the founders of a fast‑growing AI startup Ownership over meaningful, revenue‑generating growth initiatives Hands‑on experience in AI, B2B sales, business development, and startup operations Access to a high‑value network of founders, operators, investors, and Ivy League entrepreneurs and professionals A clear path to increased responsibility and the opportunity for a full‑time role based on performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
