HR Coordinator
About the Role Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations for a growing organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to HR support person and working closely with employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, terminations)
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll-related inquiries
- Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS systems
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed
- Experience with Paycor is a plus
- Willingness to learn new systems (training provided)
