Healthcare Project Manager

Overview We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee patient transport operations, travel to support new account start-ups, and drive efficiency across multiple healthcare facilities. Compensation Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Additional compensation Annual Bonus Responsibilities Serve as the lead for all new accounts, including planning, logistics, budgeting, and implementation. Support the deployment & training of the patient transport program & related software systems. Analyze facility data to determine appropriate staffing levels and capital equipment needs. Conduct time studies and establish projections for transport metrics (dispatch, response, turnaround time). Identify service gaps and develop corrective action plans to improve quality and performance. Conduct operational audits, provide training, and support site leadership teams. Recommend process improvements such as bed tracking and centralized dispatch concepts. Deliver onboarding and management training for both new and existing teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field. 5–8 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably within patient transport. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows-based software. Experience with contract administration and operational procedures.
