APEX Placement & Consulting has partnered with an exceptional healthcare organization in Chesterfield, VA seeking a dedicated Executive Chef to join their culinary leadership team. • Lead all culinary operations, including food production, menu execution, catering, and special events
• Develop seasonal menus and resident-focused dining experiences that enhance satisfaction and engagement
• Manage food costs, labor budgets, purchasing strategies, and inventory controls
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary staff while fostering a positive team culture
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, HACCP, OSHA, and regulatory standards

• 7+ years of culinary leadership experience, including Executive Chef or senior culinary management experience
• Experience within healthcare, senior living, hospitality, contract food service, or a related industry preferred
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing food costs, labor budgets, and operational performance
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing culinary teams
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
