Education: A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required, along with a current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license valid in the state where services are provided.

Experience and Requirements: Candidates must hold current CPR certification and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings is highly valued.

Responsibilities: You will assess patient needs, create and implement treatment plans, and educate nursing staff and families on follow-through care programs. Accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards is essential. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and adhering to professional and legal standards are also key components of this role.
