We are searching for a Manager, Digital Supply Chain in our publishing space to help navigate technically demanding ads and storefront presentation challenges. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers. Key job responsibilities - Hire and develop the best to recruit, grow, retain, and promote talents - Own ads availability and storefront duplicate metrics - Contribute to defining product value propositions, advantages, and limitations - Be engaged in product development with our product managers and our engineering teams, ensuring operator use cases are correctly represented - Drive operational efficiency by continually refining operational processes and influencing product/engineering teams to enable automation A day in the lifeAs a Manager, Digital Supply Chain - Publishing, we are looking for a people leader who brings innovation and simplicity to the space and drives solutions for supply chain efficiency, and continuous process improvement. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
