Accounting Manager

About The Role The Accounting Manager owns financial reporting and compliance operations, ensuring accuracy across US GAAP standards and SEC frameworks for the organization. This role drives the month-end close process, manages internal controls under SOX, and partners closely with executive leadership to scale accounting infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and maintain internal controls aligned with SOX requirements Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise directly with external auditors to deliver required schedules and documentation Supervise revenue recognition processes, technical accounting memos, and equity administration Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite and advanced Excel modeling to streamline reporting workflows Partner with FP&A and operational teams to review budget variances and track financial KPIs What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and high-growth technology environments Active CPA license required with deep technical expertise in US GAAP and SOX compliance Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and data visualization tools Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and deliver accurate reports under tight deadlines Bonus: Big 4 public accounting background, experience with IPO readiness, or familiarity with SEC reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
