They are seeking a hands-on Controller / Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and serve as a key business partner to executive leadership.Position OverviewThis individual will lead the full accounting function, oversee payroll administration, maintain financial reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. The ideal candidate has strong NetSuite experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and is comfortable partnering with leaders across Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and Planning. * 5+ years of progressive accounting experience * Advanced NetSuite experience required * Experience managing full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, month-end close, financial reporting) * Experience processing payroll and benefits (Gusto or similar platform preferred) * Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting * Advanced Excel and analytical skills * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Experience in jewelry, fashion, or consumer goods is a plus * Must be able to work onsite in Los Angeles, 5 days/week
