Remote Recruiter Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$25.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Bilingual English/Spanish required.

5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and/or hourly hiring preferred.

Experience recruiting for salaried/professional positions is a plus.

iCIMS experience preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Remote Recruiter Qualifications:

Dependable and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Bilingual
