About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the company's daily operations and driving a culture of transformation with a focus on technology modernization, AI adoption, analytics, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. This role requires a visionary leader who can also be a hands-on problem-solver and innovator, particularly in the areas of process refinement. While not mandatory, professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or other relevant qualifications are preferred, and a background in the insurance sector, banking, or investments is highly valued. The Chief Operating Officer will play a pivotal role in the company's success, ensuring that all operational activities are in line with the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar leadership position and will be adept at managing change and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing the operational budget, and leading a team to meet and exceed performance targets. The role demands a leader who is not only experienced but also passionate about the industry and is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
