We're an ambitious, collaborative team of builders who love solving complex problems together, partnering closely with product, engineering, legal, and operations to ship work that meets a very high bar.As a Staff Product Designer on this team, you will lead design for new zero-to-one product experiences from early concept through national launch, shaping how millions of Americans interact with an entirely new category of financial product. This role is for someone who obsesses over the details others miss. You'll set the visual and interaction bar for products that ship to a massive, high-visibility audience, where craft quality is inseparable from trust.You'll work closely with senior leadership, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to define product direction, translate complex requirements into clear, elegant user experiences, and hold every screen to a pixel-perfect standard before it ships.
