Join a team that is helping communities build stronger, more supportive residential and housing services for all Oregonians and providing access to people experiencing serious mental illness and substance use challenges. As part of the Behavioral Health Investments Team, this role supports projects that expand local capacity, strengthen stability, and improve access to care. You will help move forward legislatively and community driven ideas and ensure investments make a meaningful difference for the people they are intending to serve.

In this position, you will coordinate key business and administrative functions that keep major initiatives running smoothly. You'll help prepare and manage grant agreements, track progress toward goals, organize schedules and meetings, and make sure information workflows clearly across partners. You will support planning, problem-solving, and quality improvement efforts by gathering information, organizing data, and preparing reports that help guide decisions.

You will also assist with building tools, tracking systems, and documentation that help projects stay aligned with their goals. This role brings you into close collaboration with teams across OHA, other agencies, community organizations, and federal partners. Together, you'll help identify challenges, support solutions, and strengthen connections across programs working toward better health and stability for Oregonians.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be reflected in your application for consideration.

Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis; OR

An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis;

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience.
