Experience with PLM software like 3DX, Teamcenter PLM experience on aerospace process / certification and knowledge of products. Experience in executing projects in Agile Framework Background in engineering, IT, or product data management, with experience in PLM customization and integration. Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Backlog & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption. Process Improvement: Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals. Agile Leadership: Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams. System Ownership: Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Ability to communicate complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Good to have Agile certifications SAFe / PSM Generic Managerial Skills, If any Working in a dynamic environment Good to have Manufacturing domain understanding Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $160,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
