Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a direct-hire role. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting technical or service issues, and ensuring seamless order processing. Location: On-site Position Type: Direct Placement (Full-Time) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 / year Qualifications Prior professional experience in a customer service role required. Skills in order processing and technical/service troubleshooting. Outstanding accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Order & Return Processing: Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and tracking. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot service or product issues to ensure high satisfaction. Account Management: Update customer profiles, process account changes, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in company systems. Escalations & Follow-up: Escalate complex issues to specialized departments when necessary, and follow up on open tickets to ensure complete resolution and gather feedback. Sales Support & Feedback: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products and share customer feedback with management to drive continuous improvement.
