Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions

Join Advanced Bionics as a Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions and lead the strategy, development, launch and lifecycle management of digital applications, web portals and connected solutions.

As the global strategic business owner and subject-matter expert for an assigned portfolio, you will translate customer needs, market opportunities and technological innovation into successful digital products and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy and multiyear roadmap for assigned digital applications, web portals, products and services.

• Lead multiple products through the complete lifecycle, including customer discovery, concept development, business-case creation, requirements definition, validation, commercialization, sustainment and end-of-life planning.

• Lead global product launches and rollout strategies in partnership with R&D, IT, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Commercial and Global Marketing teams.

• Develop product requirements, use cases, value propositions, market positioning, pricing strategies, launch sequencing, channel strategies and go-to-market plans.

• Integrate Voice of Customer insights, clinical feedback, market intelligence, competitive activity and emerging technology trends into product and portfolio decisions.

• Own product adoption, budget, forecasting, business-performance and KPI targets while identifying opportunities to improve growth, profitability and customer value.

• Represent Marketing within cross-functional teams, provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and influence stakeholders throughout a global matrix organization.

More about you:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, education, science, engineering or a related field required.

• Minimum of five years of product management or product marketing experience within med-tech, healthcare technology or a related industry.

• Proven experience successfully launching and managing multiple digital products, including mobile or web-based applications and web portals.

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, including customer discovery, product requirements, development, validation, launch, adoption, sustainment and end-of-life planning.

• Experience developing product strategies, business cases, financial models, forecasts, product requirements, value propositions and go-to-market plans.

• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, organizational and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Medical-device experience, particularly with Class II or Class III devices, is strongly preferred. Experience in digital health, hearing healthcare or another regulated industry is also beneficial.

The preferred location for this position is Valencia, California. Remote candidates located within the United States, including candidates in the Chicago area and on the East Coast, may also be considered. Candidates in Canada may be considered for the right fit, subject to business and employment requirements.

Travel of up to 30% may be required for advisory councils, focus groups, conferences, customer visits and internal launch meetings.

A minimum of 300Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.

This role’s pay range is between $131,560 and $164,450 annually.
