Summary We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive to own Oasis’ most important accounts and drive how we win our largest and most complex deals. You will operate on a focused set of strategic accounts, build deep relationships, and drive complex deals from first engagement to expansion. What You’ll Do Own and develop a focused set of strategic accounts Build multi-threaded relationships with executive stakeholders Drive long-cycle, complex enterprise deals Define and execute clear account strategies Partner closely with SEs on highly technical sales cycles Prioritize ruthlessly and focus on the deals that matter most Expand accounts through structured land‑and‑expand motions What We’re Looking For 4+ years in strategic sales Experience selling complex security, identity, or cloud solutions Track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals Experience working with executive buyers (CISO, CIO, etc.) Strong account planning and deal orchestration skills Why This Role It is not a role for someone who wants to manage volume. You’ll own a small number of accounts that matter enormously, build relationships at the executive level, and directly influence how Oasis wins its most strategic deals.
