Job DetailsJob Location: Austin, TX 78744Salary Range: $18.00 HourlyJob Summary The Counter Sales Associate will oversee daily customer sales in a fast-paced fuel and lubricants distribution environment. Duties/Responsibilities – Fuel Sales Associate Creating accurate sales orders, invoices and process customer transactions Assisting customers on-site and via phone with product selection, purchases and loading of products Proof daily paperwork to ensure accuracy before updating that includes date, customer, ship to, product, quantity, pricing, taxes Process and distribute all on-site invoices to customers. Daily fuel and oil reconciliation Maintain cleanliness, organization and stocking of the sales floor and counter areas Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, services and operational procedures Support team members and be available to assist with warehouse functions such as receiving, inventory counts and organization QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Flexibility to be a team player and participate in efforts that are needed to benefit the company and accomplish unscheduled necessary projects and tasks Ability to adhere to company standards of professionalism Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with multiple departments in order to service customer needs High school diploma/GED preferred Required Skills/Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow company procedures and standards Required Skills/Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow company procedures and standards Familiarity with billing procedures including billing software Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel High school diploma/GED preferred Must be dependable, available to work some Saturdays, and maintain reliable transportation Must be able to pass a federal background check and pre-employment drug screening Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move and load products up to 50lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr Tex Con Oil Company
