This position will be located at our Boise Store;
Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
Starting Pay: $20 per hour.
Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour
Annual Bonus: Discretionary year-end bonus.

As a Counter Sales Associate , you will be the firstpoint of contact for customers, assisting them in selecting, applying,and purchasing a wide range of fasteners, industrial hardware,tools, and maintenance and shop supplies . You will serve avariety of industries, including transportation, heavyequipment, maintenance and repair departments, sand/gravel pits, andmachine shops . Assist walk-in and telephone customers with product inquiries,special requests, and pricing.
Identify customer needs, clarify product specifications, andlocate or retrieve products.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Promote company products and services to drive additional sales.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required .
Experience: At least one year of retailexperience , preferably in an industrial setting.
Basic computer literacy toprocess orders and manage inventory.
Ability to calculatepricing and manage multiple customer needs efficiently.
A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Lifting and moving objects up to 50lb and performing physicaldemands of stocking and order fulfillment.
Performing repetitive movements throughout the shift includingbut not limited to, bending, reaching, and lifting.
Unloading freight, stocking shelves, and handling inventory.
Frequent use of computer/keyboard and phone work.
