• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of collected specimens and related information.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and confidentiality standards.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Perform duties with a focus on process excellence, accuracy, and confidentiality of patient information.

Required Skills

• Proven phlebotomy skills with the ability to collect blood specimens accurately and safely.
• Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in keyboard/data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; over one year preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation to the worksite is essential; candidates should verify commute times to ensure a 20-25 minute travel window.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to full shift coverage without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.
