- Experience: Minimum 2 years in outpatient family practice; Board Certification preferred but not required (Will accept BC or BE)
- Hourly Rate: $155.61
- Pay Package discussed upon application

- Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, from children to adults
- Collaborate with midlevel providers and other healthcare team members
- Manage a daily patient census of approximately 18-21 patients
- Document using EPIC EMR system efficiently and accurately
- Supervise and support midlevel providers when necessary
- Follow facility protocols for outpatient care and procedures
- Participate in full-week orientation prior to start date
- Valid CA Medical License (in hand)
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years outpatient family practice experience
- Comfortable working with all age groups, including pediatric and adult patients
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
