What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient medical care for all ages, including pediatrics and adults
• Supervise midlevel providers as applicable
• Manage a patient volume averaging around 18 patients daily, with an ideal of 21+
• Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and clinic protocols

What You Need

• CA Medical License (in-hand)
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• 2+ years outpatient experience preferred
• Comfort working with all age groups, including children and adults
• Ability to attend a full week of orientation (Monday-Friday) prior to start

This position is based at a leading healthcare facility in Gilroy, CA, focusing on outpatient primary care. The facility features a friendly, patient-centered environment providing comprehensive care to the community across all ages. The provider will split time across brick-and-mortar clinics, school-based clinics, and mobile clinics, depending on the practice needs and provider availability.
