With global opportunities for talented technologists, you can decide where a career Prime Video Tech takes you!The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech with MarTech/AdTech, Growth, or Personalization experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who has the ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high-performing team. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
