Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this position will play a key role in leading month-end close activities, supporting multi-business-unit reporting, driving process improvements, and helping standardize accounting practices across a rapidly expanding organization.What You'll Be Doing:Own month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review journal entries and account reconciliationsManage balance sheet schedules and financial reportingSupport multi-entity accounting and consolidation activitiesAnalyze financial results and provide meaningful business insightsPartner with operational leaders to improve financial accountabilityDrive automation and process improvement initiativesAssist with audit, tax, and compliance requirementsSupport job costing, WIP reporting, and revenue recognition activities What They're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong GAAP knowledgeExperience owning month-end closeAdvanced Excel skillsMulti-entity or multi-business-unit experienceSelf-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred:Construction industry experienceJob costing, WIP reporting, and Percentage-of-Completion (POC) accountingExperience with construction ERP systems such as Spectrum, Sage 300 CRE, Foundation, or ViewpointAudit or public accounting background Why Consider This Opportunity:• Direct exposure to executive leadership• Opportunity to help build and standardize accounting processes• Growing organization with acquisition activity and expansion plans• Clear path for future leadership and management growth$120,000 - $135,000 a year#GHJSS #LI-MO1We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
