Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant , you’ll be a key player in managing core accounting processes and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with the Controller and CFO to improve processes and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own and manage: Prepaids journal entry schedule and reconciliation Fixed assets, depreciation, and rollforward; coordinate quarterly with operations Accruals and reserves (including workers’ comp and medical) Accounts payable reconciliation Debt rollforward Lease maintenance journal entries and rollforwards Other reconciliations, journal entries, and special projects Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for efficiency Reporting Structure Reports to: Controller Required Qualifications Strong GAAP knowledge Ability to identify and prepare proper supporting documentation for journal entries and reconciliations Highly motivated and proactive—someone who goes beyond the bare minimum Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, variance analysis) Proven experience driving process improvements Software/Tools Large ERP experience Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
