Life Insurance Agent – Commission Only

We are looking for motivated, caring, and sales-driven Life Insurance Agents who want the opportunity to build a rewarding career while helping families protect the people they love.

This is a commission-only sales opportunity designed for individuals who are comfortable being paid based on their results and are willing to invest in building their business.

We provide training and support to help you achieve success. Our goal is to help full-time agents earn $100k-$200k/year.

The Opportunity

As a Life Insurance Agent, you will work with individuals and families who are interested in life insurance and help them find coverage that fits their needs and budget.

Agents must be willing to invest in their own lead flow, including outbound and/or inbound leads. This is an important part of building and growing your business.

For sales-focused individuals who are willing to consistently work leads, follow up, improve their skills, and put in the necessary activity, this opportunity offers strong income potential without a traditional hourly wage or salary structure.

What You'll Do

Work inbound and/or outbound life insurance leads

Contact prospective clients by phone

Build rapport and identify each client's needs

Educate clients about available life insurance options

Provide quotes and recommend appropriate coverage

Handle questions and overcome objections

Sales-focused and motivated by performance

Comfortable working in a commission-only environment

Willing and able to invest in leads

Comfortable making calls and speaking with prospective clients

Persistent and able to handle rejection

Confident overcoming objections and asking for the sale

Coachable and willing to learn

Most importantly, committed to doing what's right for the client

Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. We value work ethic, coachability, consistency, communication skills, and genuine care for people.
