Our client, a leading organization in the technology and compliance sector, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Compliance and Risk Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Location: Owings Mills, MD (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $35 - $39/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Implement and audit technology policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and enforce technology standards and assess risks associated with technology controls
• Perform risk assessments, monitor, and report on policy and controls compliance
• Lead audit and compliance activities across multiple business units, including gathering evidence of technology controls
• Coordinate with technology and risk management teams to identify and remediate control gaps or findings

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in technology or compliance roles
• Basic knowledge of programming languages to understand code and functions
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
