Our brand-new flagship showroom is located in the heart of Manhattan at 171 Madison Avenue (13th Floor). We are expanding our footprint in the US market and looking for a high-performing commercial leader to drive our growth.

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious, well-connected, and relentless Showroom Director & Luxury Business Developer to act as the face and primary commercial driver of our New York operations. This is not a passive showroom management role; we are looking for a true "hunter" who will actively prospect, build high-level networks, and close major contracts within the Manhattan, Greenwich (CT), and broader Tri-State luxury real estate ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

* Active Business Development: Build, maintain, and monetize direct relationships with luxury residential clients, private real estate investors, and top-tier trade professionals (including premium residential real estate brokerages, general contractors, and architects).

* Showroom Representation: Host private viewings, high-end design consultations for private homeowners, and curated networking events for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) and industry partners.

* Pipeline Management: Drive the entire sales cycle—from cold outreach and local networking to custom material specifications and contract closing.

* Cross-Border Coordination: Collaborate closely with our principal creative team and internal architecture department in Europe to ensure flawless project handovers and alignment on manufacturing lead times.

Requirements

* Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in luxury residential sales, premium showroom operations, or high-end real estate development in New York City and the surrounding luxury markets.

* An active, solid book of contacts within the Manhattan, Greenwich, and Tri-State architecture, design, and high-end residential real estate network.

* Exceptional ability to understand the needs of private luxury homeowners, closing high-value residential interior contracts with a sophisticated clientele.

* Exceptional polished presentation, high emotional intelligence, and executive communication skills suited for the luxury market.

* Deep understanding of high-end materials, custom millwork, natural stone, and bespoke European craftsmanship.

* Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset—you must be comfortable operating with high autonomy and driving results remotely reported to European headquarters.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive structure designed to heavily reward performance and closed volume:

* Base Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 gross per month (depending on experience and local network depth).

* Uncapped Commission Structure:

• 5% to 7% Commission on all self-sourced, directly closed new contracts (individual projects routinely exceed $50k–$100k+ in scale).

• 2% to 3% Commission on inbound accounts, network warm leads, and institutional introductions managed locally by the Director.

* Growth Potential: Autonomy to scale the US operations and establish a prominent name on the Madison Avenue luxury design corridor
