Senior Director, HRBP

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director HRBP to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will serve as a strategic people partner to business leaders, helping connect talent strategy with operating priorities. You will work across leadership teams and HR functions to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to influence team performance, leadership capability, and scalable people practices within a healthcare environment.
