About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Total Rewards to lead the strategic design and execution of its total rewards portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's compensation, benefits, and rewards practices not only attract and retain exceptional talent but also align with the organization's mission, equity goals, and staff experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for operationalizing the total rewards strategy, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards. Key responsibilities include leading the total rewards strategy, overseeing compensation and benefits practices, and using data to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in total rewards, with a focus on people-centered design, and will be adept at balancing long-term strategy with practical execution. Applicants for the Managing Director, Total Rewards position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, human resources, or related functions, with a proven track record of leadership in enterprise-wide programs.
