Full Charge Bookkeeper

A well-established and growing commercial real estate organization, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join its accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with property management and leadership while overseeing a wide range of accounting and financial reporting responsibilities across a diverse real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities Process daily deposits and apply cash receipts. Prepare and post journal entries. Maintain general ledger accounts and complete monthly account reconciliations. Manage accounts receivable activities, including tenant collections and payment adjustments. Process weekly payroll information and timesheet data. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and supporting schedules. Generate tenant utility billings and other recurring charges. Assist with annual reconciliations, budgeting, and year-end financial processes. Partner with property management teams to resolve accounting and operational issues. Support special projects and ongoing financial analysis as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping, staff accounting, property accounting, or related accounting experience. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Preferred experience in commercial real estate, property management, or a related industry. Proficiency with Yardi and QuickBooks required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including ability to work with formulas, reconciliations, and large data sets. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. $60,000-$70,000 base salary + bonus H/D/V 401K #J-18808-Ljbffr
