Role Description The Parts Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Ogden, UT. This role is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering the correct parts and accessories for a variety of powersports vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include managing parts inquiries at the counter and by phone, researching parts availability, preparing quotes, and processing orders accurately in the system. The Parts Specialist helps maintain organized inventory, performs regular stock checks, supports inventory replenishment, and coordinates with the service department to ensure timely parts delivery. The role also involves providing clear product information, resolving basic customer concerns, and contributing to a positive overall customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to assist a diverse range of customers in a professional and respectful manner. Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills, including organizing stock, tracking parts, and supporting accurate ordering and receiving processes. Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic written documentation. Relevant experience in automotive or powersports parts, retail sales, or a related technical field is beneficial. Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with point-of-sale and inventory systems are preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a busy, team-oriented parts counter environment.
