About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Head of Product to spearhead the next phase of its product evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product vision and strategy, ensuring disciplined product prioritization and delivery, and leading the product management organization to meet the demands of the market. This pivotal role requires a leader with a clear point of view on enterprise SaaS product organizations, the ability to make tough prioritization decisions, and the experience to modernize a complex, multi-tenant platform while maintaining continuity for existing clients. The Head of Product will also be instrumental in driving the company's cloud infrastructure evolution, data architecture integration, AI enablement, and payments technology alignment to support scalability, analytics, and future innovation. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in product development, technology strategy, and owning the product roadmap, with a strong background in ticketing platforms and a focus on fundraising and marketing. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling cloud-based infrastructure, data architecture and analytics integration, and a deep understanding of payments and transaction systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at cross-functional alignment, particularly with revenue, marketing, and operational organizations, and have experience managing multi-segment or multi-market product portfolios. Comfort with a transformation context, including legacy systems and active modernization, is essential, as is the ability to lead a product and engineering organization through a multi-year modernization roadmap while continuing to deliver features that meet client needs.
